With our partners at FOUR18 Intelligence, we combine intensive technical training with intensive case management, empowering those who have faced barriers to employment, or who are underrepresented in the tech industry, to secure entry-level roles in high-demand fields like cybersecurity and AI. This program provides a clear career pathway, including:

  • Foundational Skills: Build core knowledge through the Google Cybersecurity Certificate and JRP/Code Ramp workshops.

  • Core Intensive: Advance into our 4-week AI CyberWatch intensive.

By completing this rigorous training, you will develop:

  • A professional portfolio.

  • Industry-ready credentials necessary to excel in the evolving digital workforce.


Need to Know:

  • Eligibility: Applicants must be San Francisco residents (18+) eligible for workforce development services, with priority given to those experiencing employment barriers or underrepresentation in tech.

  • Prerequisites: You must have completed Code Tenderloin’s Job Readiness Program (JRP) and Code Ramp workshops (or equivalent experience) and demonstrate readiness to pursue technical certifications.

  • Curriculum: A hybrid (on-site/virtual) model that includes completing the Google Cybersecurity Certificate, followed by our 4-week AI CyberWatch intensive focused on risk analysis, incident response, and AI-assisted threat detection.

  • Certificates: Graduates earn the Google Cybersecurity Certificate, develop a shareable professional digital portfolio, and receive ongoing career coaching, internship opportunities, and job placement support.
