Enhanced Case Management

Code Tenderloin’s Enhanced Case Management (ECM) services provide comprehensive support to individuals facing barriers to stability, employment, and overall well-being. Through personalized case management, we address both personal and systemic challenges—connecting participants to housing, workforce readiness, mental health resources, digital skills training, and other critical supports. Our approach ensures that participants receive coordinated services that meet their unique needs, helping them move from crisis to stability to long-term success.
